This page explains what TazQ collects when you send us a project brief, why, and how you can see, change or delete it. It follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
What we collect
What you tell us in a project brief: your name, email, company, role, the answers you choose and the challenge you describe.
How you found the brief: the page you started on, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link, and the pages of this site you viewed during that visit. We collect this only when you send a brief, together with it.
Your choices: whether you agreed to be contacted and whether you want occasional updates, with the date.
Why we use it
To reply about your project and prepare a useful first conversation. This is the step you ask us to take, and you agree to it when you send the brief.
To send up to three short follow-up emails about your project, if you asked for a checklist or are still exploring. Reply “stop” to any of them and we won’t send more.
To understand which pages and campaigns help teams find us, so we can improve the site.
To send occasional updates, only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe from any update.
What stays on your device
While you fill in the brief, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it, and the saved copy is cleared once you do.
To improve the brief form, your browser also remembers which of two versions of it you saw. This is sent only with a brief.
This site does not use advertising cookies.
Who handles it
Your brief is handled by the TazQ team and by the providers we use to host this site, send email and keep our customer records. They process it only on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your brief for as long as we are discussing or working on your project, and up to 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, move it elsewhere, or withdraw your consent at any time.
To make a request, reply to any email from us, or send a brief choosing “Something else” and tell us what you need. We will answer within 15 days.
